The "Arctic Chocolate" hat/scarf set is a wonderful cool weather set. There are simple textured 'puffs' throughout both pieces, giving the set a comfortably elegant feel. The scarf is made for warmth and apprx. 70 inches in lenght. The hat is made to fit most women and has an adjustable band. This is a very nice set, functionally and fashionally!
